After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1990, Patricia Miller began her real estate career in multifamily property management in Atlanta, Georgia. She advanced through several leadership roles, ultimately serving as Director of Training, where she developed and delivered leasing, marketing, and property management training for teams responsible for more than 10,000 apartment homes.
In 1999, Patricia and her husband relocated to the South Carolina Lowcountry to raise their family in Bluffton's welcoming, small-town community. While her children were young, she remained active in the local school system, serving as both a literacy assistant and a Pre-K teacher's assistant at Bluffton Elementary School.
In 2007, Patricia transitioned into commercial real estate, joining a Hilton Head Island firm where she managed and leased commercial investment properties throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry and the Coastal Empire region of Georgia.
After eight years in commercial real estate, Patricia expanded her expertise by managing Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Horizontal Property Regimes (HPRs) across Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, New Riverside, Ridgeland, Port Royal, Guyton, Pooler, and Savannah. This experience provided her with an in-depth understanding of residential communities, neighborhood operations, property values, and the unique characteristics that make each area special.
Having lived and worked in the Lowcountry for more than 27 years, Patricia offers her clients extensive local knowledge, trusted resources, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service. Licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia, she is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate every step of the real estate process with confidence, professionalism, and as little stress as possible.
